  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars — you'll need to scroll down a ways.
  3. Under Contacts, tap on Default Account.
  4. Make sure iCloud is selected and NOT On my iPhone.
