I have a aldi samsung j1 mini mobile phone and had a number assigned to it yesterday 4 Jan' but all I get when trying to make a call is "not registerd on network". What do I need to do to start making calls?
JA: Has your Samsung done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is brand new Christmas gift
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried everything I can think of I am 73 and really not up with all this stuff
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
