New Phone, about 3 months ago. SE 7. I have turned off most apps on my phone, it will not hold a charge. Charges at 100 % this morning at 6:00am, now, 2:01 pm and showing 42%. No calls, No Videos, a couple of texts. This is the daily routine.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: three months ago, brand new.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: noticed it about a month ago. Now must carry a charger cable with me cannot go through the day without charging.
JA: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: This is my only phone, no land line. I rely on this phone
