It is locked and I can't get in. I shut it down since the texts weren't sending. Probably haven't shut it off in over a year. When it came back on it wanted me to verify my apple password ***** account, which my son set up for me years ago. Both my kids- (over the age of 18) tried to gedt into the account, but the security questions were wrong, didn't have my correct birthday, so we couldn't get in.

Customer: Just happened yesterday. tried to figure out apple ID, and reset password, but couldn't get in
