Customer Question

I have AT&T service; last week my son sent me a text message and now it keeps coming in, often 5-8 times per day (same message). How can I stop this?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: iPhone 6
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Since last Friday. Other than restarting his phone, and restarting my phone, nothing. don't know what to do.
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, just to get this to stop. Thanks.

Hi there and welcome

Can you please hold the home and power buttons on the iPhone for about 10 seconds until you see the apple logo then release.

Let the phone restart and tell me please if this now stops it.

Let me know the results please

thank you

I have done that. I will just have to wait as these repeated texts come in at irregular times during day/night.
