pc won't pick up iphone when plugged in via usb
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: iphone 6+ about 18 months
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: used to work - last time i had it plugged in pc was about 3 weeks ago. have done phone reboot tried other usb ports as well as different pc
JA: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?

Hi Bhavik - the document you sent is of no help. when the phone is plugged in via the usb the pc does not pick it up at all - thus it does not appear anywhere under devices - not even under unspecified so none of the steps could be followed to address the problem.
And again as per your second post - the phone does not charge either.
