My iPhone 6 is deleting sent mail only leaving 7 days in the Exchange mail box
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: iPhone 6 around 2 year old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Its been going on for around a month. At first I thought it was malware on the PC but as it happens around 12 a night Ive tried switching the PC off over night but the problem persits
JA: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The iphone is using Active Sync and connects to Exchange 2003.

To stop your iPhone from deleting emails, tap Settings on the Home screen then go to Mail, select your Exchange Account, then select Advanced and under Incoming Settings tap Delete from server and chose Never.
