Good morning Apple Tech...I found that my alarm did not go off this morning. Examining my IPhone (S6), I can get passed my initial screen but cannot active my phone. I am the original owner. I have entered what I remember my Cloud ID is and also what I think my password ***** ***** cannot get it to activate. I must be entering something wrong. Can I be helped? I do not remember asking to "find my IPhone".
