Hi!

The only way around the lock screen is to perform a factory reset. As long as you have backed up your iPhone, all of your apps/data will restore after the reset.

Here are the steps:

  1. From another device, go to icloud.com/find.
  2. If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Click All Devices at the top of your browser window.
  4. Select the device you want to erase.
  5. Click Erase [device] to erase your device and its passcode.
  6. Now you can restore from a backup after it restarts.

By no a young person how saw I was having a problem and solved it in two minutes!! You ripped me off so I shall be reporting you, or you could refund some of my money because I reckon you're worth $5 not $70 get it!!

No you didn't help it wasn't a locked screen it was a pass word reset which a young man in my hostel helped sort for me so how about a refund for not being of help!!
