O.K. I LOST MY I-PHONE A FEW WEEKS AGO ! BOUGHT A NEW I-PHONE 6 S PLUS FROM VERIZON . WAS ABLE TO RETRIEVE ALL MY INFO. AND MY APPS / I CLOUD SAVED THEM . THEN A FEW DAYS AGO I GET A MESSAGE FROM " FIND MY I PHONE " THAT I WAS SECURITY BLOCKED .... BECAUSE OF THIS BLOCK , I CANT GO ONLINE AND FIX THE PROBLEM , THEY WON'T ACCEPT ID OR PASSWARD .... CAN'T GO TO THE APPLE STORE , OR I CLOUD OR ANYTHING ....AND MY PHONE KEEPS ASKING ME FOR MY ID AND PASSWORD ***** HOW DO I GET THIS STRAIGHT ?

When you try to enter in your Apple ID and password, what is the exact message you get?

What device are you doing this on?

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
