Purchased iPhone 6 from Verizon about a year ago. Have lost user I.D. and password. Cannot locate anywhere.Need to reactivate. What can we do?

When you say that you have lost your User ID and password, do you mean to your Apple account, or to the actual phone to unlock the phone?

Ok, just so I completely understand, you have forgot the 4 or 6 digit "code pattern " to get into the phone?

No I mean our user ID and PW to reactivate phone.One is followed by iCloud...The pw was put in when purchased and is longer than 6 digit. We can get into phone but no further. It asks for the user & pw.

Ok, so this is your Apple ID and password.

You can reset the account.

Start by clicking on iforgot.apple.com

Then click on "Forgot User ID" and follow the prompts.
Once you have the ID you can choose a new password.
