My I-phone 5C updated on Wed (3/23) and I have been locked out ever since. the update was successful, but I am having problems with the next steps - attempting to access my Apple account. It seems none of the passwords I try are correct and I can not get into my account!

None of the above worked. Also, the online session ended abruptly and I had no answer. I don't believe I should be charged for this session since I was not able to recover my I-phone successfully!
