Customer Question

I attempted to transfer my iPhone 5 photos to my computer, and only the latest photos showed in the DCIM folder when opened. Why aren't all photos showing in the iphone DCIM folder. How do I get them all transferred?
Thank you, Nell

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or mac computer?

Are these all the pictures you've taken using the phone's camera?

So you connect the iPhone to the computer, then open the iPhone icon on the computer, then open the DCIM folder, then open each subfolder there, and you only see new pictures?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
