I cannot transfer my 1000 plus pictures from my playbook to my computer. I downloaded BB Link but it says "this blackberry ID isn't associated with a device running 10 OS." On my BB it says my OS version is What can I do, this is all I have?

Hi there,

On the PlayBook, under Options, Memory, Mass Storage Mode Support, set it to Yes to enable the device as a hard drive. Also available there is Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected. Set it to Yes so that you can access the phone as an external memory device whilst it is connected to your computer, and then you can transfer the photos across by copying them.
