Hi, and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am excited to get started with you.
Since you do not know the 4 digit passcode, you will still be able to restore your iPhone, but you will need to place your phone in 'Recovery Mode" first.
To do so,
1. Connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes again.
2. While your phone is still connected, press and hold both the sleep and home button for 45 secs or until and iTunes and Cable icon appears.
The sleep button/power button is located in the upper right top corner and the home button is the round button at the bottom.
Your iPhone will then appear in iTunes in "Recovery Mode" Press the restore button
