Yes I have a premium account
The Denon is AVR-X2100W
In the past I could see it on my iPhone but now it does not work
I thought it was a wifi issue as the strength is not great in my house
but got a better router and now the signal is much better
I saw it on phone first day I connected to the new wifi but then after that it does not show up.
I have reset the phone as you instructed
I am at work now so I have to wait till this evening to see if it worked
I will let you know later.....
AS expected, resetting my phone did not fix the issue
I have several iPads and other phones and none of them are able to see the denon as an option
I believe the issue is on the denon side
Any other suggestions?
Okay, have you tried resetting the Denons network settings?
