Apple iPhone Support. Last Monday 11/12/21 I requested email ability to reset my Apple Password. My iphone 7 (Serial # C6KSF4NRHG76) kept locking up with font size so large I could not reboot the phone. I did not realize there was a limit on how many times you could do this without disconnecting the phone from apple. My Apple PASSWORD ***** ***** on this dead iPhone7. Verizon associate which I have 4 iphones on family plan told me to take it to Bes tBuy b/c they have the ability to reset the iphone 7 with their QUEEK squad. They tried to get the phone to come back on but told me is was toast-gone. I went back to 2nd Verizon store and purchased base level iphone 13 (Serial #-QP6OWT6DJC) because i need a working phone. Associate there told me I may have tried too many attempts to rescue trough iTunes and Apple will push me out 30 days until I can receive email from Apple which allows me to change apple password. As you are aware I can not access iCloud for pics nor all my passwords in the Note folder on the dead iPhone7. Can not load any APPS onto iPhone 13 either.
