I put it in here, but that white plastic part doesn't seem to move, although there it is in a slot that seems like it should move. Another dumb question, I'm sure.. It is a new Briggs EX 1900

You would need this part that I'm pointing to in the picture to be able to walk the cable in place. The white plastic part should slide freely but like you said, sometimes they are stiff if they are new
What is this little piece that I've circled holding in place? It seems like if I remember correctly you may have to remove this piece because it holds everything in place for shipping purposes
