Ok alarm 1100 is for over crank. The unit went through a crank cycle but didn't turn on. Sometimes especially in Cold weather the fuel solenoid get stuck. You can clear the fault and crank it in manual to see if the solenoid free up.

Ok next step is to check for spark and gas pressure.

Also checked the battery, fully charged, checked the spark, no problem and also the gas flow. I also removed the gas lines at various places to check gas flow. Doesn't seem to pass through solenoid

Not sure why it would fail unit only two years old
Ok it sounds like you know what you are doing. Did you check for 12vdc at the solenoid when it cranks?

it only measured 8v
That is low. Did you load tested the battery or just check the volts on the battery?

The volts, but also attached a battery charger to help boost the power output
You need to load test it. You are reading volts from the charger that built in. 8v might be low to open the solenoid. But something you can also try it remove the 4 screws on top of the solenoid to remove it from the housing and remove the plunger and spring and put it back together and then try it.

Did that Also with the solenoid
Tap the regulator after the solenoid with a wrench or pliers while cranking Incase it's stuck close.

Ok, I just tried, didn't work, but now battery is running low
Leave the battery charging overnight but you should get that battery load tested. That might be the issue.
Another thing you can try remove the air filter and block the intake with a rag and crank it .

Ok if the unit is 2years old should still be under warranty. Have you reached out to the local dealer?

Get the battery tested first . Because if the battery is bad that won't be under warranty.
