FIRST THING TO CHECK WHEN YOUR MACHINE WILL NOT MOVE OR IS SLOW MOVING IS THE DRIVE BELT. YOU SHOULD HAVE A BELT THAT IS AROUND ALL PULLEYS AND NOT BROKEN OR CRACKED. CHECK THE BELT AND LET ME KNOW HOW IT LOOKS PLEASE..
I think I may have misunderstood the issue. you have no power as in movement or will not start the engine?

there are lights but they do not come on and the fuse is good
Try jumping the solenoid if fuse is good. Follow the reD wire from the battery to the starter solenoid. try jumping the solenoid by placing a screw driver on both poles together and see if machine will turn over and start. Make sure to engage parking brake and have key turned on. If it turns over and starts, try using it as normal. if everything operates as normal, the solenoid is bad.
