Hi, my name is ***** ***** I am here to help you. You've got to start pecking things off the list. You've done a few already, so that's great. Next I would take the plugs out and see how it cranks to make sure it's not engine compression fighting the starting system. Next I would remove the belts and give it a whirl. If it has an electric clutch you could have a bad bearing in the clutch causing the drag. Remove the clutch and give another whirl. Let me know what you find. Thanks!

Customer
ok i have already removed the plug and it cranks great but i have not removed the clutch or belts is there any thing else i can try if that don't work could there be something in the electrical systom
Always could be a poor connection on a battery cable. Sorry, I didn't mean to skip over that but assumed you would have covered that before the other repairs you've made. So yes, check the ground especially. Maybe even move it to the engine block if that's an option.
Customer
I did check the battery connection of coarse i had to replace the solenoid because it burnt up, but i didn't think to move the ground to the block. I thank you for your help and if these things done work i will come back thank you

Sounds good. Just as a heads up, if the engine won't start itself without the clutch and the trans belt off, we'll be headed to diagnosing an internal problem. Possibly a scored cylinder leaking crankcase pressure into the cylinder or something. I really hope it's the clutch. Talk soon!
