Got Honda gx390 on a hotsy pressure washer. Would not stay

Customer Question

Got Honda gx390 on a hotsy pressure washer. Would not stay running. I just replaced the carb. 3 bolts gasket no probs. Started second pull. New carb has a main jet adjustment screw does not change anything. Screwed all the way in. No diff. Took almost all the way out. No diff. The choke is set at halfway point and can't move it in either direction or engine misfires.
JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?
Customer: Yes, yes, yes
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Hello, Honda normally has an idle adjustment and a pilot screw and no main adjustment. Can you upload a pic?. If engine stalls or surges with choke off there's probably dirt or water in your fuel.

Hello Vince, as I said in my original answers:
Gas tank drained
Brand new gas
Brand new carb
Fuel filter perfect
FYI, the idle adjustment on this engine is a screw that allows adjustment of about 20 degrees
Also, I believe I have figured out the issue already
