Have a power stroke 6000 and it is o my putting out 69 volts
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Just started it and then was told that they ha d the same problem last time they used It.
JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?
Customer: Yes it has fuel and it runs normal
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: At this point it's after a hurricane and don't have choice .
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: It just puts out 69 volts
