JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Only today. I purchased this generator more than 10 years ago but never had a reason to use it. It was purchased specifically for loss of power during a hurricane.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am going to assist you with this.

You must have a key, and it must be in the ON position for the genset to run.

The oil fill is behind the small cover on the side of the genset.
