JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: went to change the spark plug and when i pulled off the rubber over the spark plug the coil on the plug ripped of.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: i would like too

There will be a lot of disassembly needed, in order for you to gain access to your ignition coil. Can you explain more about what happened to your existing coil?
