Customer: draftsman pyt 9000 riding mower will not move forward

If the machine will not move forwards or backwards it will either be a broken belt a loose belt or a worn belt or the transmission. Look at the drive belt make sure it is run front to back and around all pulleys check the belt for any cracks or the sides of the belt for smoothness

If the belt is around all pulleys, in good conditionand, and not stretched the only other issue it can be use the transmission.
It is rare for a transmission to go out as me personally I would try a new drive belt first. But if it is not the belt it is the transmission
