Hi i have a cub cadet tractor with a 20 hp kohler that is temp sensitive at 40 degrees it will not start. new batt full charge.
JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?

I get several questions on this subject

the oil gets thicker and cranks slower

I suggest to them replace the oil with

synthetic oil 10w30, they all say that solved the start issue
