Customer Question

I have an ONAN JB propane that will not start. it will fire once or twice but will not sustain the running cycle
JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?
Customer: I have fuel, I have changed out the regulator, I have tested the K12 relay, I have changed out the spark plugs, still nothing.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Now I am checking the spark plug cable, but I do not believe that is the problem.

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am going to assist you with this.

The first thing you need to do is to check and make sure you are getting spark to all cylinders.

IF you have good spark, you need to have the fuel system tested to make sure you are getting proper pressure and volume to the engine.
