What is the model number? Do not find RRS46 to be good model.

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 8 months ago.

I see question still open, did you find model?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Thanks but no thanks. I've already paid you guys $18 and the next thing I saw was that I needed to sign up for a monthly service with you guys. I don't trust going any further with this conversation.

18 dollars will get all the information you need. You do not have to sign up for the monthly service!

I'm sure the expert was well qualified. I was turned off by the high pressure tactic to sign up for monthly service before engaging in my question. I got my question answered by calling the manufacturer direct. I will not call you again.
