my lawn mower won't start
JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?
Customer: the oil might need to be changed, there is gas in the tank
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: changing oil, no
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I gave it some 2 stroke oil, is that the wrong kind?

Make and model? Engine? two cycle oil is only used in two cycle engine and is added to the fuel!
