2.6L Generac (Propane) 3Phase 105A 250V Xfer-SW. stopped

Customer Question

2.6L Generac (Propane) 3Phase 105A 250V Xfer-SW. stopped generating, checked the voltage at the brushes it was low, Replaced the (obsolete?) Voltage regulator 67680 and new style wiring harness. Start up should have all the led's lit, but are not, could only find one fuse on the PC board. Without tearing all the wiring apart to trace the wires can you tell me where there might be more fuses? and/or more trouble shooting advice.

Hi I'm Wayne

I will help you with this

what is the complete model number of the genset

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
where is the model # located?
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Does SG030 sound right? (30KW 60Hz) I found this number in some documents with the set. Not off the generator itself , but it looks like the same unit.
Expert:  Wayne replied 10 months ago.

Thank you for that

yes the model is SG 030

it has 1 fuse on the panel board 7.5 Amp

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Well that fuse is good so is there any other place to look for more fuses? what pins should have the voltages to power up the voltage regulator
Expert:  Wayne replied 10 months ago.

I can not help you any more

my knowledge is limited to that model

I will opt-out, and put back to board for another expert

sorry I could not help you
