I have a Honda lawn mower, Model HRR2166VKA-AE. I had it

Customer Question

I have a Honda lawn mower, Model HRR2166VKA-AE. I had it serviced this spring by the dealer including new rear wheels. When I tried to mow with it the mower would move forward (self propelled) for about 50' then it would stop moving but the motor stayed running. I would back the mower up (no grass packed under the deck) and the mower would again move forward another 50' and do the same thing. I had a second Honda dealer look at it
JA: What's the make and model of the mower? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Honda Model HRR2166VKA-AE. Approximately 6
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Before spring servicing, the mower worked perfectly.
