JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?
Customer: Yes fuel is good. Not sure about the shut off valve. Where is it?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: When I pull the cord, it runs for 1-2 seconds and quits and is spitting out gas from the muffler.
