I was riding my toro time cutter 16-44 model 74501 when it suddenly stopped moving forward. It will not move backwards either. I've looked for an electrical fuse. Found two on the back side of the battery chamber below the seaat. Neither were blown. Help

This is a troubleshooting question. It is very likely that your hydro drive belt is loose, broken, or off of one of your pulleys.
