JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: A while...the unir has 54 hours...stored a long time. Both upper beltd replaced. Slips on hills and won't pull grades.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes

if both belts are new, I would check that the pulleys are working properly. check the inside grooves for smoothness and also shiny grooves as this would allows belt to be slipping in pulley. Check that the idler pulleys are all properly installed and moving when supposed to as well

I will OPT OUT as if you have new belts and all pulleys are good, belt is routed properly, there is no reason for machine to slip going up hills. Please DO NOT respond as t will lock question back to me and another expert cannot answer for you
