MTD Riding Lawnmower / Tractor question

My 12 year old Yardman tractor has developed a steering problem when the snowplow is mounted on the front. When I go to backup, both of the front/steer tires turn toes in towards each other making it impossible to control steering while backing up.
I realize it is a worn out part, I'm just not sure which one.

Raise the front end and move the front wheels and observe the # 7 and # 8 links, this is the usual problem, wear in both ends of the links. See the parts link below.
