The run circuit is not complete. Check the two arm switches and the seat switch. Typical arm switch will be stuck or damaged causing problem.

Or the brake switch can do it.

I don't see arm switches on the Gravely diagram! Only the brake switch. A double switch, one side is N/O and the other is N/C.
