Ok , is the mower stored outside like under a tarp etc ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
in a building
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 1 year ago.

It sounds like it has water in the gas and with water being heavier than gas it sits at the bottom of the tank , and works it'd way into the carburetor bowl. I would loosen the bolt on the bottom of the carburetor bowl and let some fuel drain then retighten it and see if it will start

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok will try that, thanks
Expert:  Briggs-Fan replied 1 year ago.

Ok please let me know if that works or if it starts momentarily. If it does fix it please don't forget to rate my service using the stars provided. Thanks
