Do you have the full model number? Is the transmission top pulley turning? Did you have either of the rear wheels off?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Just a minute while he goes to the mower to get model no.

By drive picture above, the mower has two drive belts. Were both replaced? Was the variable pulley turning , the one that connects the two belts? How did problem begin? Will mower roll in neutral?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
both belts were replaced. My wife was mowing and the mower just stopped. Yes the mower wil move in neutral.
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 year ago.

Look up under the fender to see the top drive pulley and see if it turns when you try to drive. If the pulley is turning, problem is at the pulley, may be loose on the shaft, or the transmission has internal problem.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Will try. Just a moment!
