Customer Question

I have a 2004 Murray riding mower
JA: What's the make and model of the mower? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I have replaced the battery, the solenoid, the spark plug but somehow it wont start
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I checked the gas and put a gas treatment in it because I think it was exposed to rain but tested it prior and it was only mildly old fuel.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: yes if I can. I live in a place that doesn't have many lawn mower repair around here.

Also for whatever reason, when I was able to start it, the only way I could start it was not from turning the key but instead by sitting on seat & reaching under "hood" with a ratchet hand placed between the 2 solenoid bolts that spark & start mower. Please help....thank you!
