Hi, my name is***** will be assisting you.

It sounds like you have a bad battery installed in the machine. In order for these machines to continue to you have to have a good battery. There is a fuel solenoid on the carburetor that requires constant battery voltage to it in order to keep it open for the engine to run. If it doesn't have voltage then you won't get fuel through the carburetor to run. Outside of that one thing you could unhook the battery without any issues but that solenoid has to have voltage in order to keep it energized otherwise the engine will not run.

I would have the battery in the mower load tested to make certain but I can tell you that it sounds like it is bad.
