take a volt meter and put the + lead inside and ground to outside of plug while plugged into wall. See what reading you get. If light is not on, and it didn't charge, I would say no good charger. Could be the fuse inside charger. remove all screws and pull apart. most have an internal fuse that blows. fuse is cheaper than new charger. Let me know if I can assist further
