I have a 2012 PZT50. The blades were disengaging

Customer Question

I have a 2012 PZT50. The blades were disengaging periodically as I was mowing. Based on my research, it was either the PTO switch or the PTO Clutch system. I have purchased both parts and installed them but the blades will not engage. The PTO Clutch system went in easily but are there things I could have overlooked while installing it? Is there something else that could cause the blades to not engage? Any ideas?

Check the seat safety switch. If it is not working properly, the blades will not engage
