If its the drive system moving too fast, check to ensure belt is in proper place. also check that cable is not hung up someplace. Cable #(###) ###-####/p>

Before replacing cable. loosen the bolt/nut that holds cable sleeve and allow cable to slide upwards to loosen the tension on cable and see if this slows mower​. you can adjust the cable to loosen or tighten for tensions needed to move mower
