Honda generator EX4500S - Start up voltage = 172V+ and I

Customer Question

Honda generator EX4500S - Start up voltage = 172V+ and I have to go into auto and out of auto mode for the voltage to get back to 120V. It appears the 120 voltage fixates without a load, but is stable with a load. Ant ideas or solutions
