Hello, is the primer bulb filling and holding fuel? Have you checked the spark to the plug by removing the plug wire and holding it near the plug while starting?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I do see fuel in the primer bulb. I inspected the spark plug and it looks good, but did not check to see if there is a spark

You can either check for spark on the plug or use a bit of starting fluid on the air intake. If it starts with the starting fluid the fuel pump part of the carburetor is what's bad. Let me know what you find and we can work further if needed.
