Customer: gen set was taken to shop and they said bad VR. replaced it and set ran for about 8 hours and now VR is bad again!

Normally the cause for a regulator going bad constantly is it being pushed too hard. What all are you running on the machine, and what is its ratings?

John. System rated for 4000w and I was running Coleman ac on low cool 1400w. System was at max running 1/2 load.
