Unable to start engine with brake set, have to push brake

Customer Question

Unable to start engine with brake set, have to push brake pedal further past the set point to start. Then with brake set the engine quits as soon as I get off the seat.
JA: Do you have fuel in the tank? If so, is the shut-off valve open and the fuel clean?
Customer: The fuel is not the problem, Problem is with the brake interlock switch. Where is it so I can adjust it.

Have you checked the brake interlock switch, it may be pushed out of the mounting!

On the frame under the steering column, remove the cover under the steering wheel at your knees.
