Inadvertently a powermate 6250 I'm getting power from both

Customer Question

Inadvertently a powermate 6250 I'm getting power from both the regular 110 plugs have power coming out. The twist plug for 240 that connects to my electric panel has no power coming out. The reset buttons seem to be fine. Is there fuses somewhere that I should look for.

There are no fuses on the AC side. If you are not getting power to the 240 receptacle, you either have a tripped circuit breaker, a bad circuit breaker, or a broken or disconnected wire behind the receptacle panel.
