Customer Question

I have a YTH24V48 that just starting making a "funny" noise when engaging the mover blades. Sounds like something is loose or maybe the blade (sound is from left side of mower) is hitting something but I can't find anything loose and there is no grass buildup under the deck. Any ideas? Russ

Hello Russ. Thank you for choosing Just Answer. I will be happy to assist you. If you have a worn bearing in your deck spindle assembly, this can cause a noise as you are engaging your blades. Check for a bent blade, or a slight dent, in the left side of your deck. You and I can continue from here.
